Foundation 1023 EZ Instructions
Do not proceed if you do not have your final set of foundation documents printed and signed in duplicate (2 full sets).
What you will need:
A) Make sure to locate the "1023EZ Cheat Sheet" and your "Mission Statement" you will need both.
B) A credit or debit card with at least $275 on it.

Open the following link: https://www.pay.gov/public/a/myaccount
If you don't have an account click on Create an account. If you do Sign in.

Once you are logged click on the pay.gov logo at the top or click on this link to go to the pay.gov homepage: https://www.pay.gov/public/home

Click on "IRS 1023-EZ" at the bottom right.
Enter your content.

Click on the red button that says "Continue to the Form" at the bottom right.
Enter your content.
5.
Make sure your check-boxes/radio-buttons match those in the image for this step.
6.
Use the "1023EZ Cheat Sheet" page from your filing to fill out the information in the 1023EZ.
7.
Mark the Radio-Buttons for "Debit or credit card" then click on the red "Continue" button.
8.
Fill in the details for your credit cart making sure the Payment Amount says $275.00 then click the red "Review and Submit Payment" button.
9.
Make sure the payment completes. Congratulations your done!!
