Generally for the "Filing Included" or the "Filing, Printing & Digital Signatures Included" packages it takes between 4 and 12 weeks to complete from beginning to end. Please understand that this is if you have processed and sent us everything promptly through the process. It very well can take longer if you are not proactive in checking on you filing, getting the necessary information returned to us, or if we are simply backed up.

Expedited Filing's can take as little as 1 week with a general filing time of less than 3 weeks but delays can cause the filing to take up to 5 weeks. Note these time frames are based on once proofing and Digital Signatures have been submitted as long as you provide all of the information necessary in a timely manner. If information is not provided then delays in filing will occur that are outside of our control.

Yes. Simply pay the difference between the package you have and the package you want. It is easy to do! You can find the package upgrades under "Services/Package Upgrades" of by the following link: https://makefreedom.com/product-category/package-upgrades/

Simply add the upgrade to your cart go through checkout and then contact 707-797-7971 so that we can attach your order to your file.

For example if you want to go from the $150 process to the $500 process you would want to Add Notaries & Filing to your cart.

Sure you can. We will keep the funds on file for you until you have reached the milestones for each of the filing types. The filing is also broken down into parts, if you pay for the base package initially you can then upgrade your filing at any time under "Services/Package Upgrades".

You can also add money to your wallet if you are logged in under My Account/Wallet (Top Right of the Page.) to use as credit on file. It is like a gift card for yourself that you can use on any of the services on the site.
