There are various payment plans, generally they are outlined in the contracts for services that can be found on our website at http://makefreedom.com/forms/ or by request through the mail. This is with one exception, there is an optional payment method for the SPC process as it can be broken into 2 parts if you would like. One part at $150 for the document preparation. At a later date if the instructions are too much for you or your POA to follow you can allocate $200 to the filing procedure.

So with the monthly payment/ payment method , is really saying to just buy the “do it yourself” package at $150 and at a later date pay the difference for different package?
Yes, if you buy the base package at $150 you can upgrade your package at any time as you are ready. Next you would get the printing and notarization package which takes 2-4 weeks to complete fully and then the filing package which allows you to pay for what you would like in stages.
Unfortunately the process is very complex and I haven’t been able to finished the process for my brother. I paid for the secured creditor package $150 and never receive it.
On the front page of our website there is a video called the Secured Party Creditor Video that walks you through filling out the forms, making payment and calling in for compilation. Have you watched the video and followed the procedure for filing with us? Generally when you do so you will have your filing prepared for you and delivered to your email for proofing within one business day.

Is there a payment plan for the $500 or $750 package? If so does that affect the completion time frame? Also what is the time frame difference between the $500 and $750 package?
