Instructions for Trust Account Number Application (T3app)
These instructions are for Canadian filings only!!
A pre-filled application for a Trust Account Number (TAN) through the CRA using you trust information, is include in your Canada SPC Document Set (pages 21, 22). Applying for a TAN is optional.
If the Location of Creation is in one of the following locations: •Alberta •British Columbia •Manitoba •Northwest Territories •Nunavut •Saskatchewan •Yukon; send Form T3APP and documents to:

Post Office Box 14000, Station Main
Winnipeg MB R3C 3M2
If the Location of Creation is in any other Canadian location not listed above i.e., •Specific areas of Ontario (Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and their surrounding areas) •Specific areas of Quebec (Montreal, Sherbrooke and their surrounding areas) •An area outside of Canada then send Form T3APP and documents to:
