There must be at least 1 trustee for the trust at all times! If you want to remove the trustee then you need to add another trustee first! Once the other trustee has been added then the remaining trustee can resign. If it were us we would generally do 3 meetings at weekly intervals. In the last minutes meeting we would state that the party is not able to reached to attend trust business and is being removed for cause.Since this is a custom need you must draft these yourself for the trust. This does not mean that a beneficiary cannot resign of their own accord, but rather that you cannot choose to remove them. You should never add beneficiaries you may later want to remove. The most common practice for a beneficiary to waive their beneficial interest would be to appoint their children as beneficiaries in their place. In such an instance where the beneficiary approached the trustees to do so a contract would be signed to do so. The minutes meetings as always would reflect the changes in this interest the resignation of their interest in the agreement and the appointment of the new beneficiaries.Change the Trust AddressWhen we create an entity, such as a trust, it's like creating a starting point, lets think of this as a source of water like a river. Just as the water in a river flows downstream from the source in one direction, so does a trust. It does not flow in a backwards direction to the source. This means that when we change documents or have minutes in a minutes meeting it does not effect the declaration itself. We do not recreate all of the documents. Instead all changes to the trust are linear. Each being reflected in the minutes of the trust. Usually stored in a binder for the trust. Then to deal with an outside source like a bank for example we use an abstract of the information. Thus the Abstract of Trust to tell them the correct information. This means you do not change the address of creation. The creation location is set. You can on the other hand change the working location. To do so you simply do a minutes meeting stating the fact and it would be reflected on the Cover Page of Your Abstract of Trust. The information page for the location of creation would not change.
