CAFV 10 Days w/out Prejudice Stamp

Description

This stamp is used to mark documents and presentments as Accepted, predicated upon the opposing parties ability to state a claim. This is also done in the CAFV process. This stamp and the CAFV process work well hand in hand.

Stamp reads: “CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE FOR VALUE FOR TEN DAYS WITHOUT PREJUDICE FOR FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM FOR WHICH RELIEF CAN BE GRANTED” It also has a Signature line for verification and a Execution line for the date.
