Refund Policy
All purchases of the Sovereign Life Certificate are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, your soulbound NFT is immediately minted on the Polygon Mainnet blockchain — an irreversible on-chain action. Due to the permanent and immutable nature of this digital asset, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances after the transaction is completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The certificate and its associated NFT are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment
- The minting process cannot be undone or reversed
- No refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, duplicate purchases, or technical issues on the buyer's end
