After proofing for document sets has been entered there will be no refunds as you will have a copy of the documentation for your records and the work and time will have already be allocated. / Puede reasignar o solicitar un reembolso del dinero registrado por los servicios antes de la fase de prueba de cualquier conjunto de documentos. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Study materials purchased from Libres Para Siempre Soluciones Soberanas and/or Sovereign Filing Solutions is entitled to a refund before shipment; after products have shipped we do not offer a refund except for extenuating circumstances. Please call the main office if you feel your circumstances are extenuating. To Exchange Damaged or Defective Study Material / Para descambiar material de estudio dañado o defectuoso

  1. All study material must be returned to Sovereign Filing Solutions or to Libres Para Siempre Soluciones Soberanas by certified mail or UPS at your cost to ship. Sovereign Filing Solutions will fully cover return Shipping. / Todo el material de estudio debe devolverse a Sovereign Filing Solutions o a Libres Para Siempre Soluciones Soberanas por correo certificado o UPS a su costo de envío. Sovereign Filing Solutions cubrirá completamente el envío de devolución.
  2. Study material must be returned with a copy of the receipt, as well as a cover letter explaining the defect. / El material de estudio debe ser devuelto con una copia del recibo, así como una carta de presentación explicando el defecto.
