Package of instructions on how to obtain USA passport from Department of State as a national and not statutory “U.S. citizen”.  We do not deliver or produce or apply for the passport for you, but explain how to you can apply for one through the United States Department of State.    Avoids  all franchises or privileges or the obligation to pay for them, such as statutory “U.S. citizen” franchise, presumed domicile in the federal zone, and the “trade or business” franchise.

This is study guide and tools to apply for a USA (not “U.S.”) passport using standard United States Department of State blank DS-11 forms that are blank which you then complete and add attachments yourself.

This product works for either a new passport or a renewing passport.  It uses the same Department of State form for either.

In order to keep the cost of this item as low as possible, there are no services or form processing delivered with this product.

This item is not intended to produce any specific number of “stars” on the issued passport such as “five stars”.  We have seen NO court admissible evidence of what the number of stars on a passport even means, and don’t address any aspect of passports that can’t be proven in court with evidence.

This item is only applicable to people born or naturalized in the United States.  Refunds will not be offered for orders placed in error because this item is digital and immediately accessible for use after payment.
