Remedy for Release (RFR) is a multi step program that helps to create the foundation by first by establishing the Secured Party Creditor Process, then goes on to establish the facts using Conditional Acceptance for Value, and finially goes after wrongs committed against a man/woman using tort. Some may have heard of the process referred to as Private International Administrative Process or PIAP for short. What this is intended to do overall is invitiate and void illegitimate or unfounded burdens initially placed without authority or in error. All eligible parties must first have all pertinent documents reviewed.

i’m wanting to start this process for my husband. What is it exactly that I need to send for documentation for review?
Call (989)833-0077 and hit ext 8 or visit http://TortDivision.com for instructions on what to submit.
Thanks!!!
In the post-conviction relief form, there is condition #5 that states something like “I am not a repeat offender convicted of multiple offenses of the same type.” How high of a barrier is that? Obviously, if someone had say 8 drug convictions that’s one thing. But what about, off my head, a person with zero criminal history except for two identical federal convictions?
We would suggest submitting documentation to the tort division for review for instructions please call 989-833-0077 ext 8.
