How to Get Stated
Greetings and thank you for your interest in Tort. If you are trying to submit documentation for tort or another issue handled by Tort Division you will need to provide the review cover letter, along with the necessary documents such as your Sentencing report or Judgment Entry from all cases past and current, this means all convictions on your permanent record, even if those cases are older then 10 years. If they are part of your past record they must be reviewed as such and is a requirement to properly assist you with this service. You will also need to provide a copy of any and or all appeals filed for those cases and a copy of any or all probation and or parole contracts you have had in relation to any of those convictions. This documentation can be obtained from the clerk of courts where the case or cases were held.

We kindly request that if this information is being submitted for an inmate, that a power of attorney or family member on there behalf submit the paperwork directly. This allows Tort Division to process the review in a more expeditious manner.
Under extenuating circumstances where you have more then 30 pages of documents to provide you may mail the documentation to Tort Division Directly. The mailing address can be found on www.tortdivision.com.

Review Cover Letter
This cover letter is used as a fill in the blank form to submit documentation for review more easily. This cover letter is simply filled out and submitted proceeding the documents for review.

THIS PROCESS USES A LAWFUL ACCEPTANCE OF ALLEGED CHILD
SUPPORT DEBT PER ACT OF CONGRESS AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS
We Will Assistance You with the following:
- UCC 3 [Amendment under your existing UCC 1 TRUST]
[Note that you must have a Trust set up with your children as the beneficiary first before we can help you through this process.]
- [UCC 1 TRUST assistance and additional notice to your birth State {Check with Sovereign filings for Trust Update}
- Offset of the accounts under fraud including, but not limited to:
| 1. Marriage license relating to the child support 2. Divorce Decree and Order 3. Current CSEA [Child Support Enforcement Agency] presentment[s] 4. Other related document[s] concerning your child support |
- Notice to all appropriate agencies involved
Please note that a follow up of this process to the international tort may be necessary, and if so additional fees will apply accordingly, as said fees are not included.
