A service that creates a $1M BOND (can be “stacked” to multiply the coverage face value if you purchase the same number of bonds) FOR SPECIAL DEPOSIT to establish a means of financial responsibility that covers any repair, renovation, damages, destruction, catastrophe, or any other unexpected costs concerning the property. This service includes bonds and documents shipped to you for endorsement, where we complete your bonds upon return and submit them for special deposit.

Also included in this package is information teaching you how to show proof of insurance when required by any agent or agency, how and where to file a claim, to include PAYING OFF HOME LOANS OR BRINGING YOUR RENTAL BACK TO BALANCE, and how to respond to claims for damages from others.

You can use this bond to pay off your mortgage (prevent lis pendens and evictions), reimburse from late utility payments, and even SECURE A RENTAL IF DISPLACED IN AN EMERGENCY!

PREREQUISITE: You MUST have a Foreign Trust established with 98 series EIN.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or restricted delivery times with our selected couriers, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case this occurs, please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text, or telephone.

Drop ship hardware (specific physical products)

If we need to drop ship any product we offer, it will be mailed in accordance with that vendor's shipping policies. Your personal information is not sold or offered to that vendor for further sales or marketing purposes. Original work affixed is in the exclusive care of Salubrious.

Digital Products

Access to digital products will be delivered via access link sent by email. SHARING OF ACCESS LINKS ARE PROHIBITED. NO EXCEPTIONS. If issues arise due to inaccessibility of an email account and another email account can receive the digital products, such transfer of access will be made by contacting lawandbanking@gmail.com for approval and transfer.

Refund Policy

Errors and Omissions

Errors and Omissions caused by Salubrious will be replaced immediately and without further question. A proofing step, by which the customer will approve the final product, is enforced before products are created or delivered.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations

If an order has not been produced, or proofed by the customer, the order can be cancelled and refunded. If an order is cancelled after mailing and before it is delivered, an RMA will be generated for return. If the return is not re-deposited for delivery within 7 days, the cancellation will be withdrawn and the RMA will automatically cancel.

Returns

Due to the private and personal nature of products offered, returns are typically not practical. If you believe that an item Salubrious offers is returnable, please contact us at lawandbanking@gmail.com to verify your claim and arrange the return.
