My friend is in prison in Idaho for possession of a firearm. He was on parole and with the covid thing, stopped reporting like a dumbass. Anyway he got picked up and is back in prison with a 5 year tail. Is there anything we can do to get him out of there since it is victimless and also an inalienable right?

My significant other is a persistent predicate felon, meaning he will receive a life sentence behind any amount of years he is sentenced to. Anyways, he is back in jail on a case where the victim is not cooperating and the only evidence is video no weapon was found nothing. He wants to know if this can help him get home

For information on how to submit documentation to the tort division for review please call 989-833-0077 ext 8.

      Reviews are free.

Tort is unaware of what they can do to help until you have had a review done. Please use the above automated line for instructions on submitting documents for a review.
With the review they will be able to assess the likelihood of success, time frames, and costs. You can submit your documents for review at any time. It usually takes a couple weeks to get the review report back.
